They also offer seminars and classes on writing. Every so often they have guests, but mostly it’s the two of them, sharing insights and ideas about writing. Even if you aren’t a writer, go for the fun chemistry between these two…and for Alastair’s Scottish accent…
And on a completely different note, I’ve been using this website in my struggle to get my body back into shape: LIVESTRONG. It’s a great place to track food and exercise–counts calories for you, lets you know how much you’ve burned, and has tons of great information about health and getting strong. Best of all, the basics are all free! I use the “MyPlate” feature to track my calories each day and it shows me how much sodium, fat, calcium etc. that I’m getting. I also track my exercise and it tells me how many calories I’ve burned. I set a calorie max and a weight loss goal, and it tracks that for me too. It’s simple and easy to use–I really like it!
